The staff was friendly and helpful, they quickly resolved any issues, my room had been renovated recently and had great amenities like central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a fridge.

Caro Apartments & Rooms is my go-to place in Varna. The staff is helpful – they even got me a phone charger when I forgot mine. With Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and more, it has everything I need. Can't wait to come back for New Year!

We stayed at Caro Apartments for 3 nights as a family of 5 and the apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms were spacious with clean and comfortable beds. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the walking street and sea garden. The staff was helpful and provided great recommendations for local restaurants and public transport. a highly recommended place for families.

The aparthotel is situated in the heart of the city, close to various shops and restaurants. the room was beautifully decorated and clean, with brand new sheets and towels. the bathroom was equipped with a hose for easy cleaning after a beach visit. the staff was friendly and always responsive to our needs.

This brand new aparthotel was mind-blowing! The interior was jaw-dropping with its high gloss furniture and soft carpet. The beds were super comfy and the new stylish bathroom was amazing. The central location was perfect, close to great cafes and restaurants. The staff were so pleasant and made us feel safe with the alarm activated room. Would highly recommend for a wow-worthy stay!

The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the main attractions of the city. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. Another thing that I appreciated was the daily cleaning service that kept the room neat and tidy.

We also had some issues with the temperature of the water in the bathroom which took a while to be resolved. the room was very small, and there was no fridge or kettle which made it challenging to store snacks or make hot drinks in the room.
